Our story
Queensgate exists because of a pattern we saw from the inside.
For the better part of two decades, our people have delivered Kinaxis, SAP and supply chain planning programmes within the global system integrators that run enterprise rollouts. We know what makes these programmes succeed. We also know how they fail: the senior architect who designs the solution disappears after the sale, delivery passes to whoever is on the bench, and the client is left with a platform their planners don't trust.
We built Queensgate on the opposite principle. The architect who designs your solution sits in your steering meeting. The consultants who deliver it are chosen for what they have shipped, not for what is available. And when a programme needs twenty specialists inside a fortnight, they arrive — because we built the network before the phone rang.
Deep in the market, deliberately lean at the centre. That is not a stage we are passing through. It is the model.

Leadership
Paul Avbuere
Founder and CEO
He founded Queensgate after leading Kinaxis, SAP and supply chain planning programmes inside the global system integrators that deliver enterprise rollouts. He has configured, integrated and launched planning platforms across aerospace, pharmaceuticals, automotive, high-tech, manufacturing and chemicals, oil and gas operations, and has seen at first hand where large programmes go wrong. He started Queensgate for clients who want the architect in the room rather than a logo on the slide: senior people who design the work and then deliver it.
How we deliver
A senior architect leads every engagement from first conversation to go-live. Delivery is drawn from a vetted network of planning specialists across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, every one screened by consultants who have led these programmes themselves. Every engagement runs through the Three Gates Framework, so you always know which gate you are in, what it costs, and what comes out of it.
Senior people. Small teams. No bench politics. No handover to someone you have never met.
What we stand for
Three values. Not five.
01
Delivery over decks
Nothing is finished until it runs in your operation. The deck is a by-product.
02
Senior people, small teams
The person who designs the work delivers it. No bench, no handover to juniors.
03
Leave clients stronger
Knowledge transfer is a sprint deliverable. A solution your team can't run isn't delivered.
