How we do it

Three gates. One standard: delivered.

Every Queensgate engagement passes through the same three gates. It's how a boutique delivers with the discipline of a global firm — without the overhead, the bench politics or the 200-slide decks.

Gate 1

Assess

Typically 2 weeks

Current-state review, data readiness, stakeholder map, honest gap analysis. Deliverable: a plan you could execute without us. Some clients do — most don't want to.

Gate 2

Architect

Design signed before build

Solution design, integration architecture, team shape, sprint plan, success measures agreed before build begins. Nothing is configured until the design is signed.

Gate 3

Accelerate

Sprints, weekly demos

Sprint delivery with weekly demos, planner involvement from day one, knowledge transfer built into every sprint — because a solution your team can't run isn't delivered, it's abandoned.

What comes out the other side

You'll always know which gate you're in.

Every proposal, every engagement

Every proposal we write is structured around the Gates. You'll always know which one you're in, what it costs, and what comes out the other side.
